Hey there! I’m Matt Mirosevich, a career chef based in Sydney. Before diving into catering, I worked in some of Sydney’s top fine dining spots, including two years at Quay Restaurant. Along the way, I was lucky enough to win the Brett Graham scholarship, which had me going to work in the famous ‘Ledbury’ in London, until COVID put a stop to it.
That’s when I shifted gears and started catering. Since then, I’ve prepared premium degustations for private events, catered for Sydney’s biggest brands, and even catered for international celebrities. What began as a one-man show three years ago has grown into a talented team of seven, all committed to making your event unforgettable.
